Broken firefox browser appearing

Hi there,

Occasionally (every half hour or so) I will notice there are two Firefox browsers open (I use nightly), one which I am using and another that fills half the screen but is stuck as if it were trying to load up. It cannot be closed or minimized unless the 'Firefox has crashed' message pops up, I was wondering if this is an issue faced before and can be fixed or something new?

Can you tell what is on the unwanted window? What were you doing at the time? surfing, watching a clip, reading something . . . .

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?


Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
