How do I stop Firefox-Spam-Mails?

Despite unsubscribing from everything in "Email Preferences" I keep getting almost daily Spam Mails from firefox@mail.mozilla.com ("Why hit pause?", "Plus up your browsing")

This is incredibly annoying. I've been using firefox peacefully since 20years and made a sync-Account a few days ago to ease my migration to linux - the syncing worked but then the Spam started...

Do I have to block the Adress to get rid of them or do I have to delete my Sync-Account?

I am sorry to hear that. Marketing communications may not stop immediately as the mailing lists are prepared in advance, but you should see them stop in the near future.
