Every time I open Firefox I get the prompt for my master password even though I'm not on a website. How do I get this to stop? It has begun to ask me twice and only does it once if I disable sync. How do I get it to stop unless I'm actually trying to sign in to something?

There is apparently some keystore unlock issue on Windows with 154 — there's remote setting flip shipping, do you have remote improvements enabled? It should pick up after browser restart.

I'm pretty sure I have remote improvements and all of the optional data collection settings off already. It's been an issue for a long time I just never bothered to look into until now.

Yeah so you'd need to flip the pref off yourself then. It's 

 signon.storage.rust.enabled
 signon.storage.rust.active

that you might need to flip back to false.
