Why do some of my outgoing emails not get sent, even though it says that they did?

Some of my outgoing emails look like they go out, and even get listed in the sent folder, however, I blind copy my address, and I never receive some of my emails, nor do the recipients....seems to be a random issue, some go out and are received just fine, and some do not! Please help, this is a small business account, and some of the outgoing emails are invoices, and other very important items!
