1. In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
2. Click "I'll be careful, I promise"
3. In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).
4. Right click the result named "javascript.enabled"

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Did as requested. Found a long list of of programs, one of which was javascript.enabled. It was already enabled. gtwaby

What should I do once I right click? The entry says, "default" "boolean" "true"

Hi DaffyD, "default" "boolean" "true" means JavaScript is enabled. Are you trying to disable it??
