Are you attempting to view your email, via a web-based service (ie. Gmail or Outlook.com)?

If so, you can Google the email provider and locate the page like that.

I am also having an issue understanding your question.
Are you referring to your bookmarks bar?

If so, please try the following:

  1. Right click on an empty space in the tab bar
  2. Select Bookmarks Bar from the drop-down menu
