Running Firefox 3.6 on Win7 Netbook. When I open emails in ATT.net mail, all I get is letter/number/symbols characters jibberish. I can't open any video or photo files. The message always says the downloads are RFC files which I know they're not. I've tried everything and looked everywhere to correct this but it doesn't seem to work. ATT wants to get inside my computer, but that's a definite no. Any ideas on where to correct this? Thanks.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
