cookies auromatically removed. Signed out of all websites?
It happened again. My firefox must have removed all of my cookies because I had to sign back into all of my regular websites--Youtube, Yahoo email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. This has happened once before. Firefox deleted all the sign in cookies? Not sure what exactly is happening; I only know that I had to sign back into all my regular websites. This seems to be happening every few months now.

You can check the cookie storage to see if the data is still there. The more frequent culprit is the sites no longer trusting the actual sessions presented to them, because something changed between the visits. Maybe a "privacy" addon changed some content blocking rules, or an internet provider rotated the residential IP address as seen externally etc. In general, "cookies" are not permanent, and the sites need to refresh them periodically, however they also don't trust the signed–in sessions indefinitely.
When you next encounter this, check your "Privacy & security" section of Setting — opening "Clear data for specific sites…" panel you would be able to see if there's any other historic data stored, like this:
