I need to update my email but to do so I am asked to write a code sent to the old email. that email is not longer existing so I cannot update nor change my email any help or suggestions? I am stuck in the login loop thank you

Head to the official login portal for your provider. If you are using Google, go to the Google Account Recovery Page. If you are using Yahoo, open the Yahoo Sign-in Helper.Input your email username and proceed to the verification screen where it asks for the old email code.Look for a link at the bottom of the prompt that says "Try another way to sign in", "I don't have access to this email", or "Verify another way."
