Not able to unload all the tabs I've selected

I really appreciate this amazing new 'unloading' feature. It's just the function I need. However, I can't unload all the tabs I've selected. Only some of them are inactivated, and this problem occurs almost every time I choose a group of tabs.

How about refreshing all the tabs and then see if it works. I noticed that if the tab has not been used the unload option is not there, but after refreshing the tab it works.

Thanks for your advice! It works. Still, it takes much labor of refreshing each individual tab. I wonder if there would be any simpler solution, other than continuing to use the OneTab extension. But anyway, I appreciate your help!

No problem. I would assume there's an app or add-on for that.

Thank you so much! Your answers helped a lot. And I suppose the tabs that require refreshment to be counted when unloading already are, perhaps, in the unloaded state.
