I cannot access www.amazon.com via the desktop version of Firefox 136.06! I can access amazon.com using my Android phone version 136.02.

Nothing in the Windows 10(64bit) OS or the Firewall is set to Block Amazon and my VPN is not set to Block Amazon. I do not know when this issue began or which Firefox Update may have caused it. See the screen capture attached!

I would test in the Sandbox to confirm. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

What security software are you running besides MS Defender?

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

You can also run this cmd to see if it helps. netsh winsock reset

No issues for me. see screenshot First search for amazon and then see if it brings you to the site.

I just tried the Sandbox but I must have missed a step. I confirmed that BIOS was set to allow Virtualization. I did not need to set it. In Windows Features I selected Windows Sandbox check box and saved. When I did that Windows did add some software and then restarted. It restarted in normal machine, I had the full home screen with Program Icons, file folders, etc. So was I supposed to copy the vmachine info in the cmd box and paste that after the restart? I did not get a restart with a clean home screen.

Problem not Solved; here are answers to your other questions. 1. I do not run another anti-virus program other than Defender/Firewall. 2. I have not yet run Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode, that's next. I have Cleared Caches/Cookies/Site Data using Firefox. How many times is this necessary since I still have not run Troublshoot mode?

The sandbox, just install Firefox in it and test the site. Waiting on the results of your Troubleshoot mode test. Who are you using for DNS?
