Firefox Sync - Cannot create an account

I have tried creating a Firefox Sync account but whenever I press the big blue Get Started button, I get a blank window with an empty white box inside. Nothing happens.

Firefox 32.0.03 Windows Vista 64 bit.

Any ideas?

Make sure you allow cookies for accounts.firefox.com.
