Hello. I set up Foxy VPN on my Android device; it connected initially, but now it won't connect at all. I also tried using the same account on Windows, but it failed to connect and displayed a "reject" message. I am using a Samsung A54 (running Android 16) and Windows 11. I attempted to use the same account on both devices, but it didn't work. I even created a different account, yet it still resulted in an error. I was prompted to link my Windows PC and phone—which I did—but it still fails to connect. Could you please guide me on how to get this VPN working?

Hi, Mozilla VPN toggle button won't work, it reconfirms login and sends me back to the 'get started' button. It's going in circles like this. I checked, and am in a country where the VPN has been rolled out. Thanks a bunch for the help!

I was on a Web page where I was going to download a document. It asked me for my e-mail address to verify that I'm human. I got a pop-up box from Mozilla asking if I wanted to use a mask e-mail address instead. To do that, I needed to create a Mozilla account, which I've now done. But I can't figure out how to create and use a mask e-mail address. What are the next steps and where do I go to find them?

Password Primary Password: i had to change it, i went to go online, and my password i use to log in, so that mozilla imputs my saved passwords, says it's not the password, so i had to get a new password to log into my passwords. Still does not work to see my passwords nor can i log in to get my password keeper to log me into my accounts.Just keeps booting me out as if it were the wrong password, i kept a snapshot of my new passwords. please email me when you post the answer, i have many passwords, probably all gone now.

As much as I hate ads on YouTube I don't want Firefox to block the ads because if they find out you are blocking ads they will block you from Google and YouTube. I have Google pages and other things on their sites that have been there for years. Plus, I feel like I'm stealing a service by not lets the ads run that pays their bills and the content creators on YouTube. Please tell me where in Firefox I can turn the ads back on.

I have used Mozilla products since Netscape Navigator came out in 1995 I think it was. I went to a local internet provider and brought home a 3.5in Diskette and it loaded Netscape Navigator with my info all filled in for email, Usenet, Webpage publishing and a few Bookmarks to get started. I still use SeaMonkey for my email because it still has email addresses from the 1990's. I have Thunderbird for email on my phone. Anyway, thank you for all your work over the years. I recently installed Norton 360 Deluxe on our Windows 11 computers. We don't like difficulty in setting and keeping FireFox as our default browser. Also, we keep getting pop-up windows from Norton. I expect Norton is slowing our computers down. I am thinking about changing to Avira. With that software, is it easy to set and keep FireFox as our default browser and does it use as much of our computer's resources as Norton does?

Also, I'd love to hear general thoughts & recommendations about Avira vs Norton.

I have signed up to a website that requires login stored in one or more small cookies and also stores a large amount of data locally to carry out processing. My Firefox desktop 153.3 ESR is set to delete all site data on exiting unless listed as an exception, which is what I want for most sites for privacy and security. For most of the exceptions that are not deleted, keeping local site data as well as cookies is not an issue and it is essential to keep local data for some. However, for this one site, I want to KEEP its cookies so I remain logged in but DELETE the site data automatically on exiting Firefox. I cannot see any setting for individual websites to handle cookies and local data differently, while changing the overall option for what is cleared would also delete the local data for other sites that is essential to keep.

Is there any way of configuring Firefox to delete a website's local data on exit while retaining its cookies without deleting otherexception websites' local data? If not, providing granular control of what is kept and deleted for website exceptions to the general clear on close would be a very useful feature to add. Thank you.
