Firefox keeps crashing every single day! It's been a long time and I'm starting to get frustrated. It just crashes for unknown reasons. I haven't any Norton software. I tried to restart Firefox in safe mode but it crashes before entering it. I've tried restarting Firefox from the beginning, as if I have just installed it but nothing. Here is the latest crash report that I have: bp-c602fe74-e94f-477c-8212-a97e32131017

Gekose oplossing

hello Accel, your crash is caused by a library named BitGuard.dll - when you google this file name it is often associated with malware, so i assume your system is infected...

please run a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, microsoft safety scanner & kaspersky security scan.

Thank you very much, I've uninstalled BitGuard after searching for informations and so far I have no more problems.
