I have previously and recently added security certificates for Https://www.us.army.mil. Recently I cannot open the site due to untrusted site messages. This site is and has been trusted. How can this untrusted site message be stopped?

The security certificates for www.us.army.mil have been valid in the past and was updated 12 Jan 12 with a permanent validation. I tried to add the exception again, but I get a new message that there is no need to add the exception because the site is trusted. Multiple attempts will not open the site.

Hi,

Please try this: Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > Encryption > View Certificates > Servers, if the certificate is listed select and Delete, restart Firefox. Navigate to the Servers tab again and Add Exception, put https://www.us.army.mil in the Location, click Get Certificate and enable (tick) Permanently store this exception and Confirm Exception. Alternatively you can also navigate to the site and do the same procedures.

Options > Advanced > Encryption.

Make sure that you have installed the DoD certificates.
