You may want to try zooming only the text and leaving the layout fixed. To try that, use

View > Zoom > Zoom Text Only

(A checkmark should appear after you select it.)

There also are some add-ons for the visually impaired that give you more control over the page. I haven't tried any of them myself, but you can search using

Tools > Add-ons > Get Add-ons

Looks like a case of forgotten to switch off Caps Lock. I've flipped the case in thread header and post for easier reading.
