Can’t get in to benefits hub

I’ve always been able to sign into my benefits out since when I try to go in yesterday I don’t have an android phone. I have an iPhone. I already have a passkey. I just created another pass. Key did the whole account set. My browser is Firefox and yet nothing is working so I need help because I need to get into the BenefitHub work at (amazon) so I should be able to access it like I used to.

Have you checked with your employer the login is still valid and they have no issues with the system etc.?

You can test passkeys are working on your device using a demo site like https://webauthn.io/
