I am now using Linux, Ubuntu not Windows, so I must have wrong download. Previously I was using Mac OS 10.6, I think. The mac is down and I am trying to fix it.

Hi lowellsimons,

Can you share more details about the issue you're experiencing? Without a clearer understanding of the problem, there's not much we can do to help.

It appears you are using a Linux version of Firefox as the browser UserAgent you used to post this thread is Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:137.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/137.0

It is not so possible to install the Firefox setup .exe (for Windows) on Linux.

Some examples of how to install Firefox on Linus is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
