That is probably your Anti-Virus being a pain.
Usually you just click on the Add Exception option and all should be ok. But there are occasions when an Anti-Virus gets updated and it's logs are not properly updated so it thinks nothing is secure and wants to create exceptions.
What Anti-Virus product are you using?
