Click on 'Write', so you have focus on that window. Can you see the top Menu bar ? It has File, Edit, View etc If no: Press the 'Alt' key on keyboard to get temporary Menu Bar Then make it permanent - View > Toolbars > select 'Menu Bar'

Can you see the 'Composition Toolbar ? It usually has 'Send, Encrypt, Spelling, Save.. If no: View > Toolbars > select 'Composition Toolbar'

If you can see the 'Composition Toolbar' but the 'Send' button is missing. 'View' > 'Toolbars' > 'Customise' Drag the Send icon onto the toolbar or try clicking on 'Restore Default Set' button
