TBird Tools Menu: "Run Junk Mail Controls on Filter"?
What is this "Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder" option in my Thunderbird "Tools" menu? Although it has been there for eons, I'm not sure: 1. Where did it come from? 2. Where is any help for that feature? 3. What, exactly, does it do for me, and how? 4. What are its benefits and or disadvantages (in the latter case, other than running at glacial speed)?
TIA, FRNash

When clicking that item you manually trigger a run of Thunderbird's junk filter over all messages in the selected folder.
