I use Canva for marketing purposes, on Friday I went to log in and received error message PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR I have followed all the suggested fixes, but still receive the same message. I can open and use Canva in Goggle Chrome, so there isn't a problem with the site. I use windows 7 nothing has changed. What can I do, I don't want to use Google Chrome I prefer Firefox.

Bing search https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

But why? My firewall has been in place for years, with no problems. And if it is the firewall, why only Firefox and not Google Chrome?
