In the Thunderbird Tools menu the C shortcut is duplicated as both Chat status and Run Junk Mail Controls, This means that <Alt><t>; <Alt><c> doesn't activate the menu option. I had Menu Wizard to override it but this has been disabled with the latest upgrade.

That looks like a bug to me, so I have submitted it as one. I can find no previous mention of the duplication. But that might change once someone in the development world get to it.
