It knows most server settings but you may need to set them yourself. Click on 'Cancel' Click on 'Manual Config' Make sure you have selected the correct type eg: 'Imap' if emails are stored on server. Enter the server settings and ports etc. 'Username' is usually the full email address. Click on 'retest' When finished click on 'Done' to create the account.
