i can't install extensions. i have win8.1 & just downloaded the new firefox... i tried to install ublock origin (but other extensions didn't work too)

again - this is a new installation. i had no extensions. i tried to install several & nothing worked - so i removed them. why keeping them?

I should have realized that you re-installed Firefox, tried to install extensions, which didn't work, so you removed them. You tried again with uBlock Origin - you kept that one, but it doesn't work. You didn't contact uBlockOrigin's support, as this happens with every add-on that you try to install, so why bother. Makes sense to me ....

i uninstalled firefox then downloaded the 64bit from your link firefox told me that i could do a refresh i accepted i installed ublock origin & it works now! :) thanks

I have the same problem. I have 5 add-ons installed and none of them works. Windows 10 freshly after installation, firefox the same, profile newly created. FF version 62.0.2 64bit

I deleted the profile and refreshed FF. Next I reinstalled all add-ons and ... works.
