firefox will not allow conection to co-operative online bank via windows 10 pc

i have latest version of firefox, Trusteer Rapport is also a bank security Add on. The anti virus in use is Bitdefender, with wallet disabled, and the operating system is windows 10. within last 7 days I am unable to log in to online banking with Firefox. I keep getting a notice advising that the connection has dropped out on, whne i try to sign in . This appears to be a firefox browser related problem. firefox is my default setting.I have updated browser and cleared the cache and history, the connection failure remains. Previously these systems have worked well together, so this is a recent occurrence. Any ideas ?

I would first disable any A/V and adblockers to see what is causing the connection issue first. And did you verify with the bank the addon works with the latest version of FF?
