When I open my Thunderbird it opens 3 screens that are all running independently. When I close one window, they all close. I also use MinTrayR and it won't minimize to my tray since this problem began. Can anyone help me?

With any anomaly like this, the first thing to do is start in safe mode to check if add-ons are causing your troubles.

ISTR that in the past, problems with multiple windows being opened were helped by closing the unwanted windows using alt+f4.
