Spam and deleted highlighed as new messages
Spam and deleted highlighed as new messages and I'm super pissed by it. I receive spam reguraly because reasons, I marked it as spam or created some filters manually, and these messages does get tossed into SPAM or BIN folders, but... while there they are still highlighed as unread, with bold fonts, numbera and etc. Is there a way to make such folder always comletely marked as old?

If it gets there using a filter as another action to the filter to mark it as read.
If it gets there through the junk filter, use the junk controls in options > security to mark messages marked as junk as read on a global level.
If it get there through your providers spam / Junk filtering and is replicated to Thunderbird through IMAP you are on your own.
