After my last upgrade the system generate more tha 100 empty pages if I like to print the e-mail (1 page). What is the problem? How can I fix it?

I had no any problem with printing before the upgrade of the e-mail system. I use WIN7 and the rpinter HP laserjet1536 After the upgrade I had two problems: 1., I can not use the e-mail system. I must close and restart 2-3 times and it works. 2., If I like to print out one email the system generate more than 100 empty pages for the printer or for the PDF converter. So I can not print out.

What does last upgrade mean? A version number would be more helpful
