Here is an examble. Mozilla support just sent me a verification email. I can read it and respond to it on my phone. On my tablet i cannot read or respond to any email. The normal thunderbird left-hand screen of folders is displayed. I press my normal "inbox" key, it highlights, yet it won't display my inbox on the right side of the screen. Same with the "trash" button -- it highlights, yet the trash folder is not displayed. Its the same with any folder on the left..it wont change the display on the right. The right side is filled with an old folder from 2009 - 2012 files. I can't get to any other folder by pressing any folder button on the left.

My cat did walk all over the tablet keyboard. Is there a way to reset the display? What about the button "Help" "reset with add-ons disabled" How do I know what add-ons i have? My friend who helped me set them up is not around. I cannot get to the display that shows my accounts either. thank you in advance, debbe
