I would like to sync all of my accounts so I have "all emails" "All Sent" and so on So I don't need to go to each inbox to check messages.

I use View|Folders|Unread to find new messages. But you could try View|Folders|Unified.

I wouldn't call this "synching" - we'd normally use this term for the business of uploading and downloading messages between client and server.
