So I have the latest update of mozilla and macos sierra and every once in a while maybe 10-20 a day i have to restart the program because the videos are just stuck and audio doesn't play I still don't know why, even on fb, yoututbe or any site

See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

Youtube currently uses the HTML5 player.
