Hi

First off, I recommend you check the settings on your PC to see what information you wish to include in Sync.

Having done that (and given some time for Sync to send a copy of the data), I suggest you "force" a Sync to occur.

Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:

In Firefox on your mobile device:

  • Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Sync
  • Tap on Synchronise now

This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.
