How do I duplicate a group list in Tbird I am using a MAC

I have a list of about 40 that I send informaiton on a certain topic. I have a new topic that about 35 of the folks on the list of 50 have an interest in. I would like to duplicate the list of 40 rename it to the new topic than delete those 5 that do not have an interest in the new topic.

Is there a way to do this?

Same way you make a new list in the first place. You drag and drop the contacts to the list. Click New List button and name the list. Click OK to save it. Now the new list and your existing list show in the Directory Pane of the address book window. Click on the existing list folder to make it display in the main window. Select the contacts for the new list and drag and drop them on the folder of the new list. If you are selecting 35 out of 40 then I would click the first contact to select it. Then press control+a to select all. Then hold the control key while clicking the 5 contacts to be omitted in the new list to deselect them and then drag the remaining selected contacts to the new list.
