how to insert SIM card in Flame
Hi,
I am trying to put my SIM card in a Flame phone, but I don't know how to do it.
I try to place the card on the slot, but as the slot is larger than the card, I am not sure whether I am placing the card right or wrong. The message always say "SIM not detected". May I restart the device every time I slightly move the SIM to force the recognition? Do I have to do anything else with the SIM card?
PS: The Flame brochure says in 2 different places ("see Inserting or removing the SIM card") but that section is missing from the brochure.

No, the Flame device uses a regular-sized SIM card. Yours is a micro-SIM.
You should contact your carrier and request a regular-sized SIM card that will fit on the Flame device.

If the SIM-card slot is too big for your SIM card, it's possible that you have wrong size of SIM card. The Flame device uses regular-sized SIM cards.
They all work basically the same way, just in different sizes.
Here is some information about the different sizes:
There are SIM-card adapters available to purchase online, but these are NOT RECOMMENDED since they may break the pins of the slot, leaving your phone unusable with a carrier network.
You should contact your carrier, who would be able to provide you with a SIM card that matches the slot in your Firefox OS device.

Hi, my card is a micro-SIM (3FF) 15x12 mm. Is that the "regular size" for Flame?
