Since YOU INSIST on making us go to GOOGLEPLAY I AM SCREWED! I CAN'T get to Google in CHINA! So I AM Switching to Opera on my home machine and my Samsung!
Details??? I JUST WANT FireFox on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3! But I can't get the latest to sync with my home computer's FireFox cuz I can ONLY find it on GOOGLEPLAY!!! And STUPID GOOGLE won't let me get it from there cuz my Samsung was bought here in China where I live! (Google and China don't like each other) WHY the FRELL won't Mozilla just host their own files themselves??????????????????????

The Aurora channel build is suggested because the manual install of Firefox apks on Release and Beta channel do not get updates.

We have a self updating build called Firefox Aurora. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/aurora/
Sorry I wrote the previous messages while I was still so frustrated. I had spent hours searching for, downloading & trying several different versions trying to find a new enough version to sync with my home desk computer. I did finally find Yandex late last night. I will try your Aurora idea. I do like self-updating, my desk computer does that. Thanks
