How to install your VPN and get the information VPN is on and working?

Whenever I click on VPN on your task line I get the same drop down window offering installation. Upon clicking on "further" I end up with a page which offers nothing to p… (funda kabanzi)

Whenever I click on VPN on your task line I get the same drop down window offering installation. Upon clicking on "further" I end up with a page which offers nothing to proceed to an installation process. I realy feel lost and dumped into a marry go round endless circle.
