The new widgets seems to be enabled on my mac machines, but on my windows despite the update I still don't see it, how do I enable them?

Shortcuts is a very helpful feature in firefox it makes u open any web from the homepage, but sometimes u reach a point where u need more shortcuts, currently the max number of shortcuts rows u can pick is 4 and each row has 8 shortcuts which mean u can only make up to 32 shortcuts only, and for some users including my self this is not enough. So my request is adding the option to make shortcuts rows up to 10 rows or higher.
