outlook exchange returns error on startup

Upon starting Thunderbird today, it appears the connection to my two Outlook exchange accounts (through an Owl extension) are no longer functional. I can receive messages… (funda kabanzi)

Upon starting Thunderbird today, it appears the connection to my two Outlook exchange accounts (through an Owl extension) are no longer functional. I can receive messages but I cannot send them. I have attached images of the error it returns first (Error1) and then the screen that results upon refresh (Error2). I can reach and send mail from my accounts using Outlook365 web access, so it must be a Thunderbird configuration problem. Please help!

Thunderbird keeps asking me for my google passwords over and over

Ive got appx 10-15 accounts in thunderbird about 5 or 6 DONT rememeber or keep the passwords (for gmail)... others do (for gmail) Ive got it set as I recall for imap, but… (funda kabanzi)

Ive got it set as I recall for imap, but when I open thunderbird I get the google popup to sign in (it does as Ive got the PW right) but it never remembers those ones and constantly keeps asking me wither if I leave thunderbird open or if I close it and reopen it... again the PW's are correct as it DOES log in just for some reason thunderbird isnt saving or remembering them anyone have any idea as to why ? thanks in advance !!

В первой половине дня не отправляются письма в thunderbird, во второй начинает работать. Проблема появилась 3 недели назад, причем по всем филиалам с разных IP адресов. При этом напрямую из браузера письма отправляются. P.S. в thunderbird входящие приходят. В чем может быть проблема? Во вложении скрины

Unable to use OAuth2 to add a @hotmail.com account

I am setting up Thunderbird on a Win10 machine, and am having a lot of trouble adding accounts that I did not have on the two Win11 machines I have set the same accounts … (funda kabanzi)

I am setting up Thunderbird on a Win10 machine, and am having a lot of trouble adding accounts that I did not have on the two Win11 machines I have set the same accounts up on.

When adding my 2 GMail accounts, after clicking "Allow" on the OAuth popup the button would go grey the window would stay open and not close, and the account would not be added.

Changing the general.useragent.compatMode.firefox option to TRUE allowed me to progress and finally add those accounts.

I am now having the same trouble with my @hotmail.com account. When I add the account, the dark blue OAuth window pops up, but is completely empty, and there is nothing more I can do.

Things I have tried

  • Reverting the above config change
  • Checking that cookies and JavaScript are enabled
  • Checking there is no saved password
  • Used both the Account Hub and the default dialog, with the same effect.
