Never had shortcuts enabled before on the android app. Today it is enabled and I cannot find a way to disable it in the settings. It's disable on my computer tho.

I've been using Firefox to buy Kindle books off of Amazon because the app will no longer do that. Now, for some reason, it's not letting me press the button to buy the books. I can borrow books through my library and Amazon on Firefox, but not buy them. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a setting wrong? What is up with this?

J'ai restauré les données dans de profile, mais je ne vois pas les anciens messages ,calenders et contacts. J'ai lus dans les forums , de recharger la version 141, pas de succès. J'ai lu aussi d'effacer global-message-db.sqlite , pas de succés. Que doit je restaurer, et dans quel version ? Merci pour votre aide. André

Tuesday Oct. 7, our ISP converted to a new e-mail program. I could NOT log in/on I called our ISP's help desk. The 'technician' could not help me log in to our Thunderbird POP 3 account. He had me, WITHOUT asking if I had essential - legal - medical-etc. e-mails in the IN BOX or in folders! He NEVER warned/cautioned all ?would? be lost - GONE.
I URGENTLY need to recover all TB POP3 IN BOX & e-mails in folders. I need to access legal messages today, if possible.
If Mozilla does not have a recovery program, what do I do? I am not seeking to recover ' deleted messages (unless his having me change from the POP3 account to a 'new' IMAP account is the same as ' "delete" '.

Good day, After upgrading Thunderbird to 143.0.1, I noticed that a large part of one of my local folders is missing. Searching the internet regarding this problem, I found that this issue happened last year and at other occasions. Why hasn't this problem been solved yet at it is a pain to locate and find the missing data ourself. Any suggestions to avoid this problem in the future

Hi, I have to use Firefox 115.18.0esr (64-bit) due to depending on accessibility tools I need.
I am now finding that websites based on the Discourse Forum will not support this version of Firefox so I was wondering if anyone knows of an FF fork that might work.
I had family over at weekend and ironically none of their Apple devices could access such forums either, not on their iPhone or their iPad.
I tried to contact Discourse but of course their own site depends on the latest version of their awful forum software too.
I think that it is shocking for any website or app or other service to just cut loose disabled, elderly and those in developed countries who depend on old software.
I am still on Win7 as that is the only platform that runs the tools I depend on.
One member of my family was talking about running an Oracle Linux server in the Cloud (wherever that is) and running virtual machines (whatever they are) to allow me to run old and new, but they said that might take months to setup and could not even be certain it would work.
I find it ironic how website are designed to not lose a single user through bad design and they they cut of thousands with this archaic policy.
So I am here to ask if there is a workaround, either a fork that works with these sites or a hack of 115.18.0esr (64-bit) that makes it report that it is V142.04 or something.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Thunderbird Team I am facing a crisis and am praying you can help me. I have been using Thunderbird since 2021. I had setup my account and archives by year containing messages in Folders (Inbox, Sent & Deleted). During a recent laptop migration, I accidentally deleted my profile on my old laptop. I immdeiately recreated it. However now all email stored in my inbox has disappeared. Second, I cannot seem to locate the archives. So I have 2 requests for urgent support: 1. How do I locate the messages in my inbox prior to deleting my profile? 2. How can I recreate the archive with folders? I can see that the profile folder is a massive 22 GB.
