You have a MyWebSearch plug-in which causes many problems. It usually comes with Fun Web Products. You can try Google and the Search Firefox Help box above for advice and help in getting rid of it but the following thread should be enough -

See the first part of Helper 7677's answer and the response from chart.

Hi there, thanks so much for your help. I have followed your advice. Have gone into Uninstall programs and removed it, it still appears. So i logged onto another site from your thread that you directed me to and it suggests "To clean up the registry, delete the keys and value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\MyWebSearch Email Plugin." Sorry for my ignorance, but not sure how I do this? How do i delete the keys and value? Thanks

Do you have a family member or friend expert enough to guide you through this? Sitting alongside you, I would have little trouble leading you through this but I'm wary of how best to write down the instructions and warnings.

I hope that one of the genuine experts(see the Top Contributors list) will come by to help.

I'll see if i can get someone to help. I have even deleted My Web Search and Fun Games from Program Files, i have run HijackThis and it still appears and I am still unable to sign in to these websites. Thanks for your help though :-)
