My wife was unable to connect to Firefox. After unsuccessfully following "Help" ideas, we deleted Firefox so that I could download it all new. No luck! It still says that a connection can not be made. Her Internet Explorer works just fine!

  1. Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 8.2.6
  2. Shockwave Flash 10.0 r42

Remove the files in the updates and updates\0 folder.
