Some webpages are a large mix of gibberish character's.
Certain webpages (as the title of this question shows) appear only in a giant mix of gibberish characters and a few have the same character's but doesn't corrupt them... http://i832.photobucket.com/albums/zz249/LolipawpsCave/gaiaknowsfershure.png That's one of the examples of te«he symbols mildy appearing, some webpages don't appear at all

That is an encoding problem. That part of the page seems to be in Unicode (UTF-16)
