Unable to print...get message: "An unknown error occured while printing"...no problem with other browsers or offline printing. Problem started a couple of weeks ago, and is intermittent.

Using Firefox 3.6.6 get unable to print unknown error message while printing; using Vista SP2. Everything else prints fine including the dreaded IE.
The "reset" does not work.
The reset does not work for me.
Reset does not work. Interesting: when print is selected, a box comes up saying the printer is offline. It is not, and works with all other programs.
