In a program my downloads are coming out in png instead of pdf

In one of my real estate programs, my downloads come up as canvas.png, instead of PDF. (this has been for 2 days, now....it was working correctly before this.). If I use the same program in Chrome, it works correctly. I have updated. Thank you.
