Draft email disappears when asking to save.
In Draft area, when I ask to save the item, it disappears every time and I can not find it anywhere. The same thing happens on another email account on a different computer. I am unhappy.

What do you call the "Draft" area? Do you mean the Draft folder? In Thunderbird go to Account Settings > accountname > Copies & Folders > Drafts & Templates > Keep draft messages on: and verify in which folder Thunderbird stores draft messages....
