I don't know the Main password for Thunderbird on my desktop

Do you mean that you do not remember your Primary Password? If so, the following link might be helpful: Protect your Thunderbird passwords with a Primary Password https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/protect-your-thunderbird-passwords-primary-password
