Return Receipts not being sent
I am using the latest version of Thunderbird 128.3.3esr 64-bit on my Windows 11 Laptop.
I have just discovered to my dismay that I am no longer sending Return Receipts to my received emails. I know that in the past that I always did! My Global Settings for Return Receipts have not changed. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

There are the same settings on a per account basis in account settings.
Yes Matt I am fully aware of that! I does not matter whether I use per account basis in individual account settings or use Global settings. Return Receipts are still not being sent
