I just cleared all my (Firefox) cookies, history, and caches. In the process, I must have deleted how Facebook texts a code for me to log in. How do I set that up again?

You should be able to manage this in the Facebook settings, this is probably not saved in Firefox but is kept on the Facebook server and is applied to all browsers that connect/login to Facebook.
