Hello, From yesterday we have a problem opening Thunderbird. It doesn't load, when we click 2 times on the icon it shows a text, which says Couldn't load XPCOM. We tried restarting the PC but it doesn't get better. May you help by telling us how we could fix it?

That is usually an install problem. I suggest downloading and installing over the top of the current installation,
